"I've been doing online PT with Laura for a month and I think it's working! I've wanted to be fitter and healthier for years but I've never been good with gyms or diets or sticking to an exercise plan. Laura's 3 Healths approach is really good. I'm actually enjoying exercise, feeling the benefits and getting a routine established. I'm also getting into much better habits with food and drink. We focus on long-term goals rather than short-term crisp and wine goals!
