WE CHAT ABOUT HOW YOU COULD IMPROVE YOUR NUTRITION AND HOW YOU CAN BECOME MORE ACTIVE. THEN WE AGREE A WEEKLY PLAN.

WE AGREE DAILY ACTIONS THAT WILL MOVE YOU CLOSER TO YOUR GOAL.
